Legal

Cookie policy.

This page explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on Bitcoin for Credit Unions and how you can control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. They help a site remember things between visits.

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off. They include keeping video and display preferences during a visit, and security measures from our hosting provider that protect forms against abuse. They do not identify you personally.

Optional analytics

We do not currently run analytics, advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking cookies on this site. If we ever add optional cookies that need your permission, we will ask for it before they are used.

Third-party content

Live Bitcoin network and market figures are loaded from public services such as mempool.space and CoinGecko. These requests do not set cookies through our site, but the providers may log standard technical data like your IP address. Links to The Bitcoin Pivot and partner sites are governed by those sites' own policies. The registration form on our Executive Gathering page is hosted by Luma. The details you submit there go to Luma under their own privacy terms, and their cookies are set by Luma, not by us.

Controlling cookies

Because this site uses only strictly necessary cookies, there is no cookie choice to manage here. You can still delete or block cookies through your browser settings, though blocking technical cookies may affect how pages work.
